Working with ingredients such as Cocoa Barry, Sosa, Glanbia Dairy, free range eggs and fruit purees allows us to make outstanding products combining the best of flavours, textures and colours.

At Le Patissier our philosophy is to produce handmade fresh desserts and patisserie using natural ingredients procured locally wherever possible. By using all Irish Butter, cream, milk, cream cheese and pasteurised free range eggs it not only supports local it delivers an amazing product.

Award winning all Irish Butter Pastry Shell filled with almond Cream, Williams pear halves and flaked almonds, gently baked and glazed

Chocolate & Raspberry Dome

Fleur de Cao Velvet chocolate mousse folded with Raspberries and finished in a chocolate mirror glaze. Fluid gels and soils also available to garnish the plate

Mango & Passion Fruit Mousse

Light mango mousse and a soft vanilla sponge topped with a sharp passion fruit jelly with seeds

Robert Bullock - Behind The Passion

A qualified pastry chef by trade, Robert developed his skills in a number of award winning restaurants, hotels and bakeries honing his craft and passion for high quality patisserie together with his natural flare, creativity and attention to detail. Le Patissier is quickly becoming one of the leading patisserie suppliers in Ireland and is defining new levels of quality both in product and customer excellence within this sector.

  1. Our Journey

    Le Patissier began its life from the kitchen table in Skerries, County Dublin by supplying a local restaurant and cafe. Word soon spread and two cafe chains started taking deliveries immediately increasing volume

  2. Our Journey

    Le Patissier began supplying its first hotel which resulted in a move to a shared production kitchen located in Dunboyne, County Meath. With demand increasing recruitment of an additional pastry chef and admin support was put in place

  3. Our Journey

    A year later Le Patissier had taken on a number of new hotels, landmark cafes and corporate hospitality companies and a new premises was found in Dublin 15. With additional pastry chefs a driver and further admin support le Patissier was able to grow further. Le Patissier became award winning with successful entries at Blas na hEireann

  4. Our Journey

    After continued success at the Irish food awards and within food service sector Le Patissier started its first retail offering. Working closely with the Simply Better brand of Dunnes Stores a new offering made its way to the consumer

    With the continued growth it was time to expand the kitchen again and in October Le Patissier secured the premises next door and expanded production and chiller space just in time before the Christmas volumes

    This year saw additional equipment, new dessert concepts and a new van. The mezzanine was built to assist in the storage of all packaging

    Our first semi automated tartlet press machine was purchased to support the team as the continued growth of tarts ever increases. The team increases as new skills are brought in for food safety and quality management.
