Le Patissier is a multi-award winning, high quality, wholesale producer of patisserie and deserts. Started in 2012 from a kitchen table, the business has developed substantially to a growing team of patisserie chefs producing in excess of 1.5 million handmade items per year.
Our purpose built kitchen in Dublin has doubled in size in the last few years giving us 3k square feet of production space enabling us to meet the demands of our increasing and diverse client base.

All our products are made on site from high quality ingredients and locally procured wherever possible. Our passion for scratch baking ensures that we do not use any pre-mixes. This allows us to offer something unique in the Irish market which has been recognised by our list of over 40 clients within the food service, retail and travel sectors.
We offer both a standard range of patisserie and deserts as well as bespoke products including consultancy services across numerous food sectors of both food and kitchen design
