All cakes require refrigeration and should be consumed within four days of receipt. Best served when removed from the fridge for 20-30 minutes. Continue to store in the fridge afterwards.

Layers of dark chocolate sponge, crunchy chocolate biscuit with salted caramel and dark chocolate mousse (70%). Garnished with mirror chocolate glaze, chocolate cremeux and cocoa nibs.
