Caramel chocolate mousse with a caramel centre, salted caramel whipped ganache and a crunchy hazelnut chocolate glaze.

Black Forest Cheesecake

Chocolate buttery biscuit base with a dark chocolate Hayes Farm cheesecake, sour cherry compote centre and finished with a dark chocolate mirror glaze. Decorated with white chocolate whipped ganache, chocolate soil, cherry gel and an Amarena cherry.

All Irish butter pastry filled with delicious soft and chewy pecans baked in a sweet caramel, garnished with a cinnamon infused white chocolate quenelle.
