Reverse Bounty

Coconut mascarpone mousse with a 38% milk chocolate cremeux centre on a light chocolate sponge decorated with a tempered chocolate coconut swirl.

Yuzu Surprise

Basil infused yuzu whipped ganache with yuzu gel centre, chocolate and passion fruit glaze on a brown sugar sable base.

White chocolate ‘Hayes farm’ cheesecake with a tropical Guava fruit compote centre on a buttery ginger biscuit base, white chocolate glaze and decorated with guava puree and whipped ganache.
