Le Patissier is an Irish owned, family business led by Award-Winning Pastry Chef, Robert Bullock.
In 2012, after more than 20 years in the corporate world of food production, Robert set up Le Patissier in Ireland.
Robert has grown the business from his kitchen counter to a large commercial kitchen employing a team of talented pastry chefs and catering assistants.
The kitchen produces a range of over 300 finished products, supplying hotel groups, catering companies, airlines and food distributors with chilled and frozen premium desserts and ambient tart shell cases.
Le Patissier use Irish butter, milk, cream, free range eggs, Tipperary Cream Cheese and Irish fruit when available. All other ingredients are sourced from Irish companies including packaging.
Le Patissier are Origin Green Certified. Origin Green is Ireland’s food and drink sustainability programme, the only country in the world to have one. It enables the industry to set and achieve measurable sustainability targets that respect the environment and serve local communities.
As part of Le Patissier’s commitment to serve our local community, our chefs have volunteered to support Learn Local. This incredible initiative led by Eilis Davenport is educating and equipping children at primary school level with practical food skills, teaching them to cook for themselves.

Managing and reducing our food waste is another key priority for the team and in 2024 we started to work with Too Good To Go as well as donating food to Crosscare in Dublin.
All of Le Patissier’s packaging is recyclable. As a member of Repak, Le Patissier meet their obligations to recycle all packaging placed in the Irish market.
Since 2014 the team have won numerous awards at both Blas na hEireann and The Irish Quality Food and Drink Awards recognising the consistency of quality that the kitchen produces.
We want our brand to represent premium, quality desserts, made by chefs for chefs, using the finest of Irish ingredients where possible, supporting Irish businesses while contributing to our community in a positive way.
